This membership is for private sector professionals based in Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Japan, and South Korea. This membership is available to professionals working in the public sector — including government agencies, regulatory bodies, academic institutions, and research organizations — in the following countries and regions:Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Oman, Japan and South Korea.

It also applies to all professionals based in European Union member countries, regardless of whether they work in the public or private sector.

This membership is open to students from anywhere in the world, as well as professionals from the public or private sector based in Africa, Latin America, Central and Southeast Asia (excluding high-income countries such as Japan, Singapore, Hong Kong, South Korea, Oman, Qatar, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates), as well as European countries that are not members of the OECD and not members of the European Union.
